Who runs this research
This survey is run by raiya (raiya.digital) to understand how SaaS founders really think about marketing. It is market research, not sales prospecting.
What we collect
Your answers to the 20 questions, your company website, and the campaign link you arrived from (such as UTM tags). We don't ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other contact details.
Why we collect your website
Only to check that respondents represent genuine SaaS businesses, and to honour any participation incentive linked to the channel you came from. Your answers will never be publicly attributed to your company, and respondent websites will never be published.
How results are used
Your answers will only ever be used or shared as aggregated, anonymised data. We avoid publishing combinations of answers that could identify an individual company. Because websites are collected, this is anonymised reporting rather than fully anonymous collection.
Storage and retention
Responses are stored privately and accessed only by the raiya research team. Websites and campaign data are deleted within 12 months of the survey closing; aggregated results may be kept indefinitely.

Contact us via raiya.digital and tell us your company website, and we'll remove your response.
